OK...back to the beginning. Or a new start. I still haven't done any major jumps as far as weight loss. But that is ok. I am still fat, or as someone said to me a few days ago, I am "pleasingly plump." I have lost a few. Maybe close to 10. I am still not back down to my former "all time high" of 232. But that is ok. As a matter of fact, I weighed this morning - 235.4. Can't believe I just posted that on here, but you know what? There is something very freeing about being honest, especially with yourself....and the internet! haha!
SO, now that the weight is out there, I can say that I have done VERY well on my diet the past 2 days. AND, I have walked 30 minutes that past 2 days, which is a major stride (pardon the pun) by me, considering the fact that I am NOT an "exercise bunny" by any means. But, really, that goes without speaking! I plan to blog about this journey, because I feel very much in the zone now. I intend to have a few boo-boo days, but I also intend to continue to make good choices, exercise, and I want to use the blog as an outlet of how I am feeling and also to chart my progress...notice I am so positive that I am going to progress on this journey.
So, my goal right now is to get under 230 this week. Ultimately, my goal is to get under 150. But for now, I am focusing on under 230. I can do it. I just have to be consistent!
